    IOT Workshop September 2010

    Dear All,

    I write to inform you that the World Bank has given No Objection to the award of Innovators of Tomorrow Award to 538 students in 228 Departments in 34 higher education institutions in Nigeria.  The full list of approved IOT award is attached for your kind information.  We are concluding arrangement to publish the list or at least a summary of the award in the press next week.
